Agroserv Industrie (Agroserv) has been operating since 2008 in Ouagadougou in the processing and marketing of maize products: Gritz, Semolina, Flour and Bran.

Today, AGROSERV is the market leader in maize-based processed products in Burkina Faso. AGROSERV employs over 111 people, 70% of whom are permanent staff and 30% seasonal workers. AGROSERV has increased its production from 4,000 tonnes in 2018 to 9,000 tonnes in 2024, making it one of Burkina's largest suppliers.

Agroserv is proactively involved in the upstream structuring of national agricultural value chains by providing technical and financial support to a large network of small producers and farmers' organisations from which the Company obtains its supplies, thereby enabling it to control the quality and costs of its raw materials.

Technical assistance

BIO will assist Agroserv in defining a marketing strategy for the launch of new products on the market by:

Ensuring that the names of the new products are well received in the market
Confirming the brand strategy and planning their development over the next five years
Ensuring that AGROSERV's products are packaged in an attractive and environmentally friendly manner.
Enabling AGROSERV to validate its launch and distribution hypotheses, facilitating the success of the operation.
Strengthening the capabilities of its sales team
