BIO processes personal data collected through the Site in data files owned by BIO, the controller of the data files. Entrepreneurs seeking financing may introduce a request through the site. If personal data are provided, these will be used to the extent necessary for evaluating the investment proposal and ensuring the follow-up of projects.

Personal data received shall be processed in accordance with the Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data.
