Agroserv Industrie (Agroserv) has been operating since 2008 in Ouagadougou in the processing and marketing of maize products: Gritz, Semolina, Flour and Bran.

Agroserv is proactively involved in the upstream structuring of national agricultural value chains by providing technical and financial support to a large network of small producers and farmers' organisations from which the Company obtains its supplies, thereby enabling it to control the quality and costs of its raw materials.

With a dynamic growth and financial performance constantly increasing over the last 5 years, the management of Agroserv is considering the development of a food processing complex aiming, on the one hand, to increase the primary processing capacities, and on the other hand to diversify the production by introducing secondary processing lines.

Technical assistance

The goal of the technical assistance is the development of an environmental and social management system (ESMS) adapted to the context in which the company operates. This manual will include a set of internal guidelines, procedures, tools and means to identify and manage the company's exposure to E&S risks. Competence building through E&S training for staff is planned.
