Agroserv Industrie (Agroserv) has been operating since 2008 in Ouagadougou in the processing and marketing of maize products: Gritz, Semolina, Flour and Bran.
Agroserv is proactively involved in the upstream structuring of national agricultural value chains by providing technical and financial support to a large network of small producers and farmers' organisations from which the Company obtains its supplies, thereby enabling it to control the quality and costs of its raw materials.
Technical assistance
The technical assistance is aimed at supporting the development of Agroserv’s HR function for the company to become better equipped and capable of attracting and retaining talents.
Expected impact
The TA will support Agroserv to establish an HR function, in collaboration with newly recruited resources and in line with the needs identified through the process of formalisation of its Environmental and Social (E&S) practices. The project will enable the company to improve its internal policies, operations and practices linked to governance and resource management, which it is ultimately necessary for Agroserv to become better capable at sustaining itself from an internal management perspective and to meet its growth ambitions.
