Geuther Vietnam Co, Ltd is part of the Groupe BMB, a Belgian family group aiming at becoming an international group specialized in the wooden baby furniture industry. Since 2016, the Group operated a production plant of 3,000 m² nearby Ho Chi Minh city in a rented space.
Technical assistance
The technical assistance aims to improve the quality of the products and to make the manufacturing processes more reliable and efficient by using Lean 6 Sigma Methodology.
By working to reduce variation and opportunities for error, Lean Six Sigma method ultimately reduces process cost and increases customer satisfaction: Understand the customer's specifications for a product; the customer's desire for reliability; and all manufacturing processes; reducing variation in the processes.
