Geuther Vietnam is a subsidiary of the BMB SA Group specializing in the development, production and sale of solid wood baby furnitures, mainly safety gates, playpens, high chairs, etc. Geuther Vietnam produces for customers based in more than 35 countries worldwide. The factory employs more than 150 people.
Technical assistance
The aim is to support Geuther in the development and implementation of additional management modules into their current enterprise resource planning (ERP) software. These improvements in the areas of stock management, manufacturing, accounting, HR payroll and cost of goods are necessary to better pilot the company and ensure that the selling prices correctly reflect the cost of production. The improved software will provide a complete 360°-view into the ins and outs of Geuther’s business.
Expected impact
The ERP software will improve both user efficiency and productivity, supporting Geuther becoming more agile and improving customer service as a result. The expected impact will :
