The ACEP network (Agency for Private Enterprise Credit) was initiated in 1989 in Senegal, and has successfully developed to Madagascar, Cameroon, Burkina Faso and Niger.

The main goal of the technical assistance project is to strengthen the capacities of the ACEP Institutions in marketing and communication, and to launch a new brand and communication strategy at the level of both the group and the institutions.

Expected impact:

To improve the capacity of the managers to conceive, use and develop the brand's discourse
To strengthen the capacity of the local teams to develop a marketing and communication strategy
To develop a collaborative network between the marketing and communication managers of the different Institutions for exchange of best practices
To improve the commercial performance: reputation, image and commercial exchanges of the ACEP Group
