XacLeasing is a recognized leasing provider in Mongolia part of the TenGer Financial Group. The focus of XacLeasing is on Micro, Small & Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) which are not able to provide external collaterals to commercial banks, and that value the flexibility and rapidity of tailor-made cash flow solutions. 92% of the portfolio consists in equipment leased to MSME’s.

The objective of this subsidy is an upgrade of the current Environmental and Social Management System of XacLeasing towards internal best practices applicable to the Leasing sector.

An improved capacity and awareness of XacLeasing in E&S management
