AHIBA is a non-profit association that seeks, through direct, permanent and dynamic collaboration with its Associate Members, the improvement of the Banking Industry in Honduras. AHIBA seeks an orderly approach of banks to international standards, supporting the training of its members, thus contributing to the social welfare and development of the country.

Technical Assistance

BIO's support will be used to develop a digital platform for E&S training and education for banking institutions, members of AHIBA. It will allow further capacity building for the implementation of the sustainable banking regulation implemented in Honduras aiming at increasing E&S capacities of AHIBA members, a.o. Banco Popular.
