The purpose of Green Sustainable Ventures CO. Ltd is to handle the construction and operationalisation of a 20 MW photovoltaic panel solar plant in Svay Rieng in Southeast Cambodia.

Technical assistance

The technical assistance entails independent consultancy services to assess (i) the technical and (ii) E&S risk assessment. The consultants are (i) the Lenders’ Technical Advisor and (ii) the Lenders’ E&S advisor. These will be reviewing all relevant technical and E&S documents, performing several site visits and reporting their findings to the lenders. They will also provide disbursement certificates to the lenders, confirming the borrower’s compliance with the relevant CPs for disbursement.

The objective is to enable the Lenders to assess the technical and E&S risks and to implement mitigants to ensure compliance with BIO’s E&S standards.
