Banh Vang has set up a bakery in the Ho Chi Minh City area to produce “baguettes” in compliance with international standards on food safety (HACCP/ISO 22000). Banh Vang will also run a training program for small bakers.

Baguette is a major staple food in Vietnam and over the last years, consumers have grown more concerned about food safety and convenience and tend to shop more at stores and supermarkets instead of on informal markets. Banh Vang is responding to a growing demand for healthy bread.
