BIO is a shareholder of Banque de Crédit de Bujumbura, together with Bank of Africa (BOA), Banque Degroof and Simba Investments. BCB operates from 3 branches located in the capital Bujumbura and 9 branches located upcountry. It offers the classical range of banking services to a broad range of clients: deposits, loans and advances, overdrafts, trade finance, treasury dealings, money transfer, internet banking, etc. The Bank is also introducing electronic money products such as debit and credit cards, payment terminals and ATMs.
